We can manufacture safety valves by attaching the foil or machining to make it thinner, depending on the product's material. Depending on the customer's requirements, we can install the safety valve mechanism on the case or lid.
We perform opening pressure tests to determine the size, shape, and thickness of the valve that needs to be ruptured within the required values, thus saving you the trouble of designing these valves.
